Bond fund
Bond funds are classfied by their primary
assets such as Treasury Securities, mortgage loans guaranteed by
government agencies, corporate bonds and municipal issued bonds.
Also, bond funds might pay dividends that
might include interest and periodic realized capital
appreciation.
Price of bond, typically, does not consider
the yield and must be taken into consideration when evaluation
the bond fund's performance.
